Refund policy

If you wish to return an item please email customerservice@bethanylowe.com within 15 days of receiving your order for return authorization. Please state the reason for the return request and include images of the item if necessary. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in good condition in the original packaging. Customers are liable for the return shipping expense.

 

If you receive an order and the item arrived damaged, please email customerservice@bethanylowe.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or refund the item it we no longer have stock available.
